Cian
is CEO of IS Options. He was a co-founder of Kindle Banking Systems
in Ireland. There he designed the award-winning banking system “Bankmaster”
which remains today as the core banking system for hundreds of banks
worldwide . Later, he co-founded CR2 , which supplies channel software
(delivering banking services by internet, atm, phone, pos terminal,
etc.) to over 120 banks around the world. Cian likes working with
small companies and is an advisor and/or board member at a number of
SMEs, as well as one charity - Care Aid. He plays golf, describing
himself as having "more enthusiasm than skill" and is an amateur musician.
Lance
is responsible for managing the technical implementation and delivery
of IS Options client projects. Lance has specialised in Financial Services
ICT systems, from researching new technologies and systems, to managing
multiple concurrent implementation of international software projects.
Lance has managed projects for the following leading institutions; O2
Ireland, Bank of Ireland, Standard Chartered Bank and First National
Bank of Southern Africa. He holds a BSc in physics and a MBA specialising
in project management and is a certified PMP through the Project Management
Institute.
Hugh
is responsible for IS Options' worldwide sales, strategic alliance and
partnerships. Hugh has significant experience in the Financial Services
industry in both an Operational and Project Management capacity. Previously,
Hugh held senior positions at CR2, Bertlesmann Financial Services and
National Irish Bank, as Programme Manager, Business Development Manager
and Customer Services Manager. His operations experience covers Card
Services, Credit Control and Call Centre management. Hugh holds a Commercial
Lending degree and Banking Diploma.
Neil
is responsible for the management of key accounts and the delivery of
business consulting and training to IS Options clients. Neil has extensive
programme management experience having worked for a range of global
software providers, including CR2 Ltd, Computer Sciences Corporation
and Hogan Systems. He has managed multiple software projects in organisations
such as ABN-AMRO Bank, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, HBSC, Interpay and
ATOS. Neil holds a Masters Degree in Computing and is a certified PMP
through the Project Management Institute.
Mark
has extensive experience in IT solutions and services and has responsibility
for Account Management in IS Options. Mark has a business degree from
Dublin City University and has a track record in business. He has a
particular interest and expertise in I.T. (and has served as a lecturer
in I.T. for Dublin Institute of Technology). In the 1990s Mark took
over a Macau based trading company. In 1999, Mark was headhunted into
DDFH&B Advertising as IT Manager for it and associated companies
MindShare and J. Walter Thompson in Ireland. In 2002, Mark founded 1network,
an IT solutions and services provider, and is a co-founder of C-Ads,
a world first multimedia forecourt advertising system
