Our highly experienced IS Managers assist our Customers with the delivery of an agreed technology roadmap.
The IS Manager assigned to the Customer would offer the following :
- Work with senior executives and IT committee to produce strategic plans, provide input and assist with decision making relating to IT infrastructure and business systems, managing tender processes and negotiating prices and contracts relating to IT, telecommunications and software solutions.
- Provide informed and up to date advice with developments in the Technology market, recommend changes to the Technology strategy that will improve the efficiency and profitability and support the future business/ strategic direction.
- Keep pace with legislation to ensure compliance in IT operations and data protection while overseeing the management of help desk activities, maintaining high levels of support and meeting performance targets for response times.
- Management of 3rd party supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring that appropriate controls and processes are in place to protect the integrity of the business and its systems.
- Provide assistance to Technology team for all aspects of projects, including; project planning and management, providing internal communications and project budgets.
- Coach existing team in best practice and provide input to human resources with the aim of developing the team and their skills.
- A strict methodology will be employed to ensure that best practice is followed, therefore maximising the successful and efficient use of all resource, human and technical.
This service is provided as required on-site, offering an extremely cost efficient method of having access to top-level expertise without the overhead of a full-time resource.
