Strategic Planning

As part of any growth and development strategy it is important that Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) provide not only automation and efficient processing, but also functionality to deliver on business vision and hence competitive advantage.

  •    Business Strategy

Our Strategic Analysts perform an initial evaluation of the current Technology with reference to business goals, to establish the match between requirements and capability, and ultimately suggest pragmatic options. The team will enquire as to detailed future strategy and vision, as well as investigating current processes and system capability.

The next step is to agree a technology road map with the Customer's management team that will reflect; priorities, cost and timing of delivery, risk of delivery, budgetary constraints.

  •    Systems Health Check

An independent assessment of both your Operations and IT by senior experienced professionals. The exercise is short and focussed, examining ongoing operations, vendor management and ability to meet future requirements.

A report will be delivered outlining system observations, key challenges, gap analysis and recommendations. Recommendations in the report will be practical, achievable, driven by real need and will include cost- saving opportunities.

  •    Systems Procurement

For any financial institution planning to replace or upgrade core or departmental systems, the selection process is critical. One of the major causes of project failure is trying to implement the wrong system with a weak team – and generally this is not fixable.

An independent system procurement exercise to identify and ensure the new system matches your current and future requirements through a rigorous RFI/P process. A report will be produced providing a detailed evaluation of the short-listed vendor proposals.

Our experience will maximize your investment in terms of obtaining exactly what you need at the best possible value objective.
